Update

Ok I apologize I am a little late on Miss Spitfire's update from her surgery! Tuesday went great! She had no idea what was going on because I told her it was just a doctors appointment, I knew if I told her what was going to happen she would have freaked out and things probably wouldn't have gone as smoothly as they did.

I first want to say the Doctors, nurses and anesthesiologist at St.Vincent's were absolutely wonderful. They were all fabulous with my Spitfire, she was very comfortable with all of them. The surgery itself went great. We won't really know anything until February 9th but the Dr. did say he was 99% sure she did NOT have Crohns disease which was music to my ears. That was the main reason for having this procedure done, it runs in my family. She came out of the anesthestic so well. She had an upset belly for a little bit, but as soon as she ate she felt great.

So all we do now is just wait until the 9th for the results! Thank you everyone for all of your prayers and encouraging thoughts and words. I will update again after we talk to the Doc next week :)
